well that's the Lossie forest basically ready a 21 mile loop isn't bad out of a forest 3 mile by 1 mile
There's been a good few changes to the 2006 route and a few more features that I'm sure riders will remeber long after the event
And now it's back into Monaughty forest to put the finishing touches on the route in there which also differs from the 2006 route but don't worry as the death slide from the scotttish round will still be used |

How's the small puddle that you mentioned doing?
Thinking about a trip up to Woodside on Sunday if nothing else happening. Need to get out on my bike...haven't fell off for nearly three weeks now

The small puddle is now about a foot deeper so I'm afraid it's out But un-usually for Lossie there are still a few wet bits but nothing major.
There's certainly noting going on at the track this Sunday so if you come up Deans bike will be back together and we'll see you there probebly _________________ Never argue with a fool. They will lower you to their level and then beat you with experience...

Well it's almost time, I will be out tomorrow marking the course along with John Little, Derek Little and Gilbert Rae.
Everythings set for it to be a great event encompassing the two usual forests aswell as the Woodside track.
All the best to all those competing as it wont be an easy event and a big thank you to all the helpers involved in making this happen again _________________ Never argue with a fool. They will lower you to their level and then beat you with experience...

Due to the MX final not going ahead we will not require transponders so thank you to everyone who offered the use of thiers and thank you very much in particular to Mr and Mrs McWilson who were phoning everyone harrassing them on behalf of the club _________________ Never argue with a fool. Absaloutly nothing wrong with it Brian it would've been great!
But unfortunately for a couple of reasons the ACU have said NO and that's that I'm afraid.
Although I would like to know how many of the Experts would have happily participated in this MX final if it had gone ahead as we had planned it, maybe a note of yes' and no's could be taken while scrutineering _________________ Never argue with a fool. | It's a great shame that the MX is cancelled. Does this mean there will be ammendments to Sundays schedule ? |

There will be ammendments of some sort probebly, just the same as Saturday but I will confirm this tomorrow as don't want to post duff info!
Athough just to be clear all riders will still be doing the Woodside track during each lap, it's just the MX Final for the Experts that has been stopped. _________________ Never argue with a fool. They will lower you to their level and then beat you with experience...

Well another busy day for everyone, myself and Kev were up in Monaughty finishing off.
John Little, Gilbert Rae and Derek Little were busy in Lossiemouth.
Last but not least Mad Les Stephen, Willie and Ian Grant were at Woodside as usual doing the finishing touches down there _________________ Never argue with a fool. They will lower you to their level and then beat you with experience...

Will do .
Sundays ammendments will be as follows.
Please note the planned final MX will not go ahead. Instead there will be a demonstration Multi Lap Special Test.
At the completion of the event on Sunday there will be a demonstration multi lap Special Test for Championship and Expert riders. This will take place at the Woodside Track and is not a scoring part of the BEC round. Riders are offered the chance to take part if they wish. All riders will be timed. The Expert class will be split into two classes and all the Expert times combined into one result sheet. There will be 8 laps of the track to complete.
This will provide a great demonstration for the spectators there to watch the whole event – and we hope will be an enjoyable finish to the weekend for the riders. _________________ Never argue with a fool. They will lower you to their level and then beat you with experience...
