Have you got your new exhausts all sorted out now
You'll be raring to go with the season getting off to a later start than normal

Yes - I will be riding at least one of the days. Printed off the entry form this morning.
Few minor repairs to make to bike after a tree jumped out in front of me in Lossie. £56 for a new headlight!! Anyone got a spare they want to sell for an 06 EXC? Just need the lens but KTM only sell the full assembly. Think it might just be getting gaffa taped for a while.
Hopefully the temperature will increase slightly in the next few weeks.
You moving to Clubman or ClubmanB old git? I read on TBM forum that you were moving up a class to get more value for money on your entry!! If it's dry I think Pathead will be a good place to do it.
I would imagine gentleman racer will be there in one capacity or another. _________________ If it aint broke keep trying. |

Haha Lossiemouth is renowned for those trees that lay in ambush waitng for unsuspecting riders.
Funniest one I remember at Lossie was while Kev the chairman was on the bike in front of me doing about 15-20 mph and put his right foot out, up to bar height to kick off a small dead branch, turned out it wasn't so dead and I almost ran over him as I was struggleing to see through the tears _________________ Never argue with a fool. Hiya Guys,
It's been a while since I've been here. I really enjoyed my foray into Enduros with GMCC last year but was a bit gutted to find that I wasn't really fit enough and haven't got the time to get bike fit
I'd like to get back into it in the future but with one 18 month old son and another baby due in September I think it will be a year or two before I can give it enough attention.
I sold my EXC 400 and will probably aim to pickup a 250 for next year if I can get the time to ride over winter. If I do you lot will be the first to know.
Best of luck to everyone in the coming season.
Cheers
Rich aka Crazyfaze. |

| Canna wait for the first event of the season (as long as its dry) Pathhead was excellent last year so hoping for the same again, I'm moving up to clubman B also so just hope I've got the stamina to last the extra lap. |

Cut through the 1st one with an angle grinder and removed the CAT. Getting welded up again at the weekend. I've ordered a new one just in case. Really looking forward to Pathhead....looks like it'll be the last time it'll use the railway cutting which is a shame. If this weather keeps up it'll get be an interesting weekend!

Yes, gonna give it a bash. I'm never going to be any good on the special tests but can usually make the sportsman times easily so clubman B sounds good. I rode for just over 2 hours at Lumsden last year for 3 laps and didn't feel like I'd ridden an enduro so an extra lap will be most welcome.
As for getting more value for my money.......I've been living amongst and working with Aberdonians for the last 15 years.......some of it must be rubbing off on me

Aye loons. Entry is in for both days, clubman B. I got 104 so presume they are rejigging the numbers this year to start club B at 100 (or theres a substantial entry!)
Like Brian, having lived in the NE for a few years now one of my main reasons for club B was to save 20p per enduro by not having to fit three numbers, now thats scuppered looks like I'll need to move to Club A and just ride a bit quicker |

Well it looks like we're possibly on the same start time again Dax, I'm 103.
I've got a feeling it's going to be a muddy affair this time. Last 2 years have been dry........either way I can't wait.
The bike is starting to show it's age so it's getting a bit of TLC at the moment...nothing tarty, just chain sprockets, wheel bearings etc.. Next time out will be Pathhead though I might take Angus to Woodside on Saturday as he was a bit peeved at Rhynnie being cancelled last weekend.

hello all,
I'm thinking about giving this enduro malarky a go
Need more info, since i'm new to it, should i go into the sportsman class?
Why is it over 2 days? which if any is the better day to enter? how many miles will it be on the day?
I've got a YZ 250 (flywheel weighted) do use think this will be good enough to enter on?
what's the course like? hills etc?
Sos for all the questions, but as you can imagine, I'm trying to get a picture of what its like before committing |
