Aberdeen & District Round 6 Cancelled FOR 12/10/08

Unfortunately the weather has kyboshed our Motocross weekend..

Please Note that due to the weather Round 6 has had to be cancelled as the track is flooded..

Roll on the summer…. Less bad weather…. Wink

Melville Motor Club Winter dates announced

The extremely popular Melville Motor Club winter series dates at Lochhouses Farm East Lothian have been confirmed.

There will be three motocross events that make up the winter series and two Hare and Hound events that will conclude the 08 Cross Country Championship and start the 09
Championship.

The motocross is always well attended as the track does not have any large jumps, the course suits riders of all abilities and runs generally regardless of the weather, the sandy course berms up beautifully. The classes for the motocross are Autos, 65, 85 large and small wheel, Youth Mx2, Adult ABC and Adult quad.

The 3 hour Hare and Hounds consists of the 3 minute motocross track plus a 10 minute loop through a forest. There will be a motocross class for those who do not want to ride through the trees, possibly a shorter 2 hour race. The normal Enduro classes apply.

What do you enjoy more Motocross or Enduro/Hare and Hounds?

hi the other night my bike was stolen from my house in forres on tuesday morning in the early hours of the morning.

Around 1am and 4am 19/08/2008 some one broke in to my shed and stole my honda crf250 twin pipe 2006 motocross bike. It has easy to spot RED radiator pipes and the twin pipe exhaust system only motocross bike made with twin exhaust pipes. A generous reward will be given if info is given in which results in the bikes return.

The bike was my pride and joy it was all that ever went through my head and i find it sick that some one showed up and took . what was basicly my life away from me. so please give any info. contact on 07938380086-----01309 674056
